Adhoc Technology Solutions ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.adhoc-tech.net, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it — in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (commonly known as Law 25) and applicable Canadian federal law (PIPEDA).

1. Information we collect

We collect personal information only when you provide it directly to us, or through automated analytics once you consent to it.

Contact form: when you use the "Send us a Message" form, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message.
Analytics (only with your consent): if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymized, aggregate information about how visitors use our site — such as pages viewed, general location (country/region level), device type, and referring site. This does not identify you personally. If you click "Decline" (or simply close the banner without accepting), no analytics cookies are set and no such data is collected.

2. Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiries submitted through the contact form.
To understand, in aggregate, how our website is used, so we can improve its content and performance (only if you consent to analytics).
To detect and prevent spam or abusive submissions to our contact form (via Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies you are a legitimate visitor without collecting personal information).

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate this site, specifically:

Google LLC (Google Analytics), for anonymized traffic analytics — only if you consent.
Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile), for spam protection on our contact form.

These providers may process data outside Quebec/Canada (including in the United States). We select providers that maintain recognized privacy and security standards, and we encourage you to review their own privacy policies for details on their international data handling.

4. How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records, after which they are deleted. Analytics data (if you consented) is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

5. How we protect it

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information you provide, including transmitting it over secure (HTTPS) connections and limiting access to those who need it to respond to you.

6. Your rights

Under Law 25, you have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you;
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
Withdraw your consent to analytics at any time (simply clear your browser's cookies for this site, or contact us and we will note your preference);
Request that we cease using or disclosing your information, subject to legal exceptions;
File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) if you believe your rights have not been respected.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies strictly necessary to remember your language preference and your cookie-consent choice. Additional cookies from Google Analytics are set only after you click "Accept" on our consent banner.
